"Demon Dandy" is an on-going passion project loosely based on my own life - my struggles with bipolar disorder, suicidal ideation/attempts, psychosis and sobriety. My aim is to tackle these dark subjects with a bit of humor to explore how living in an isolating, aggressively capitalist culture can negatively impact those with severe mental illness; particularly, creative people.
LOGLINE: An anxious struggling writer living in a hellish corporate world trades connection for success when she agrees to a contract with an ambitious demon-muse.

A character flaw exercise
Bonnie is a perfectionist. Dandy is a loyalist. Ky couldn't care less. What begins as a normal day at the laundromat soon takes a turn for the absurd--and uncomfortable.
COMPLICATION LOCATION (2021)
A conflict exercise
Bonnie has to send some work to her publisher, but she waited until the last minute and now everything's going wrong. Dandy is no help; in fact, he just makes things worse.
